So sorry Kevin

For those that don't know. Kevins older dog, "Montana" has cancer and it has gotten pretty bad. Today Kevin is taking her in to the Vet to put her to sleep and taking her out of her pain.  Cry Cry Cry
                 So sorry Kevin,

I just got back from the vets office...my little girl is gone. I am heartbroken.
I have had time to come to grips with losing her, but nothing can prepare you for the final moments...we were together till the end.
She was the one that got me looking for people to train with and helped me find others with similar interests which in turn helped form this great club of ours and meet a great group of people I now call friends. It is simply amazing the impact our dogs have on our lives...she's helped me through some very tough times in my life and I am grateful for every moment we shared.
I will miss my little girl that taught me more than I taught her.
I love you sweetheart....Find Tuck and hunt em up! I will see again someday!

Sorry to hear about your loss.  I've been through that more than once.  I am sure Storm is going to miss him also.

I am sorry to hear that Kevin, having done it myself back in Jan.  It is not easy to do.  Doing the right thing sometimes is not as easy as we would like.  It does get better with time....

Take care;

Dennis

Kevin, I'm so very sorry....sometimes the greatest gift we give our dogs is replacing their pain with our own.  Letting them go is so hard....especially in their prime.
